    Questions about shipping to Kazakhstan

    About 5–7 days from the flight date, including the leg through Bishkek. We fly every Sunday, so the count starts on the Sunday your box departs, not on the drop-off date. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: customs inspections, weather and holidays can cause delays.

    Yes. We deliver door to door to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe, Taraz, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Atyrau and every other city, town and region of Kazakhstan. Our own couriers bring the parcel to the recipient's door, so there is no need to travel to Bishkek to collect it. A regional delivery fee applies.

    Bishkek is our own Central Asia hub. Your box flies there from Chicago, our team handles customs, and then we deliver it door to door in Kazakhstan. One company is responsible for your shipment the whole way, and delivery still takes about 5–7 days from the flight date.

    $11/kg, charged by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, with a 1 kg minimum. Volumetric weight is (L × W × H in inches) ÷ 366. A regional delivery fee applies for delivery in Kazakhstan. Commercial cargo is quoted separately.

    Yes. We send you a discounted FedEx label, which saves 20–30%. Drop the box at any FedEx Print & Ship Center. It comes to our Chicago warehouse and flies on the next Sunday flight after it arrives.

    We do not accept cigarettes, cash and coins, narcotics, weapons, loose lithium batteries or precious metals. Alcohol is limited to 3 liters per recipient. Ask us first about perishables and flammable items; flammable items are accepted only with proper packaging and certification. Not sure about an item? Message us before shipping.

    Pay by Zelle, card (+3.5% fee) or cash at the office; payment is due within 3 days of the invoice. We do not provide cargo insurance. We speak English, Russian and Kyrgyz. 20,000+ clients since 2016.
